Minimum Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or related discipline) from HEC-recognized institution.
General Experience:
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in engineering, infrastructure, or municipal services projects.
Specific Experience (Minimum 10 Years):
Demonstrated expertise in:
• Design, planning and implementation of water supply, sewerage and wastewater treatment systems.
• Preparation and review of feasibility studies, detailed engineering designs, drawings, specifications, BOQs and cost estimates.
• Application of innovative technologies in water supply, sewerage and wastewater treatment.
• Planning and management of public-sector infrastructure projects and coordination with government departments, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Preparation and review of PC-Is, technical reports, project proposals and donor-funded project documentation.
• Construction supervision, quality assurance/quality control, contract administration, measurement and certification of works.
