This page is about your privacy on FindLatestJobs (“we”, “us”), a free job portal for government and private jobs in Pakistan and around the world. It explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We wrote it in plain English on purpose — no legal jargon. Information We Collect (Very Little)

We keep things simple. Here is everything we collect:

1. Visit statistics. When you open a page on our site, we record basic details like which page you viewed, what browser you used, and roughly where the visit came from. We can’t tell who you are from this — it’s just numbers that help us see which pages people actually read, so we can keep improving the site.

2. Google Analytics. We also use Google Analytics, a service run by Google, to understand overall traffic — which pages are popular, how long visits last, and where visitors come from. See the Cookies section below for details and how to turn it off.

3. Messages you send us. If you use our contact form, we keep your name, your email address, and whatever you wrote. We use it for one thing only: to reply to you.

That’s the whole list. We don’t ask you to create an account. We never ask for your CNIC number, passwords, or your resume. And when you apply for a job, you always apply on the official website of the employer — never through us.

Cookies

We use one small cookie that counts visits so our traffic numbers stay accurate. It doesn’t track you across other websites, and it doesn’t contain anything personal.

We also use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used — pages viewed, how long visits last, referring sites, browser type, and country. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell visits apart, and Google does not store your IP address. We use this data only to understand and improve the site. We never use it for advertising, we never sell it, and we never let anyone else use it to follow you around the internet. You can read Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings and still use the site normally.

Our admin staff use a separate login cookie when they sign in to manage the site. That one is only for our team.

How Long We Keep Information

Visit statistics: up to 12 months. After that, we delete them.

Contact messages: we keep them until your question is sorted out. If you want yours deleted sooner, just ask — we’ll remove it.

Links to Other Websites

Job listings on our site link to government and employer websites where you actually submit your application. Once you leave FindLatestJobs, those websites have their own privacy rules. We don’t control them, and we’re not responsible for what they do with your information.

Your Choices

Block the cookies. You can turn off the visit-counting and Google Analytics cookies in your browser settings and still use the site normally.

Ask us to delete your data. Email support@findlatestjobs.com and we’ll remove any contact message or visit data connected to you within a reasonable time.

How We Protect the Site

The whole site runs over HTTPS, so your connection is encrypted. We also use security headers, rate limiting, and a firewall, and we clean all content before it goes online. No system is 100% secure, but only the site’s administrators can access the small amount of data we hold.

Changes to This Policy

If we change anything important, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the updated policy.
