• Design and implement the Right of Way (RoW) subsidy reimbursement mechanism.
• Review subsidy claims submitted by ISPs and verify supporting documentation.
• Coordinate technical validation prior to subsidy disbursement.
• Process approved payments and maintain subsidy tracking dashboards.
• Support financial audits and ensure transparency of subsidy disbursements.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and expenditure tracking for the project.
• Ensure compliance with government financial rules, audit requirements, and donor guidelines.
• Maintain financial records, documentation, and reporting systems.
