• Ensure accuracy, objectivity, and consistency of analysis.
• Supervise analytical staff and workflows.
• Maintain audit ready documentation and evidence trails.
• Report to Head PPMU
KPI:
• Overall responsibility for performance analysis and validation
• Approval of final inspection results and KPI scoring
• Oversight of district performance ranking and trend analysis
• Ensuring analytical rigor, objectivity, and data integrity
• Approval of analytical briefs and dashboards for leadership
Coordination with Operations and Monitoring Wings
