We’re looking for an HR professional who can work across HR Operations, Tech Recruitment, HRMS/HRIS, Compliance, Automation, and AI-enabled HR practices.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, especially technical/IT hiring.
Handle HR operations and employee lifecycle, including onboarding, records, attendance, leave, documentation and separation.
Manage and support HRMS/HRIS, employee data, workflows, approvals, reporting and system processes.
Support HRMS/HRIS implementation, testing, UAT and improvements.
Ensure HR processes follow applicable compliance requirements, employment regulations and company policies.
Maintain recruitment pipelines, HR records, reports and dashboards.
Identify opportunities for HR automation, digitalization and process improvement.
Use AI tools for recruitment, documentation, reporting, research, communication and HR productivity.
Stay updated on AI, HR technology and automation tools and identify practical HR applications.
🔹 Requirements
Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, HRM, Business Administration or related field.
Experience in Tech Recruitment / IT hiring.
Working knowledge of HRMS, HRIS and/or ATS.
Good understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
Working knowledge of HR compliance requirements in Pakistan; multi-country exposure is a plus.
Awareness and practical use of AI tools and AI-powered HR solutions.
Interest in HR Automation, Digital Transformation and Process Improvement.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace.
Exposure to Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar tools is a plus.
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
