Qualification and Experience:
i Masters or Bachelors degree in any discipline from an HEC recognized Institution.
ii 08 years’ experience in Armed Forces, Police or any other Law Enforcement Agency. Preference to candidates with experience in premier intelligence organizations within the country.
Competencies & Personal Attributes:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership, team building and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with project cycle management and M&E tools.
• Understanding of logical frameworks, KPIs, and performance monitoring processes.
