B.Sc. in Civil / Mechanical / Public Health / Environmental Engineering or equivalent from PEC recognized university / institute Or Masters in Project Management / Economics / Finance / Commerce / Public Procurement / Contract Management from HEC recognized University.
Minimum 12 years of professional experience of procurement / contract management in Public Sector including experience of carrying out procurement on Foreign funded / mega projects. Must have experience of management of FIDIC based contracts.
Candidate must have good communication and managerial skills.
