About the Role: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator with a proven track record in full-cycle international recruitment to join our growing team at QMCC. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end hiring processes across multiple countries (particularly the USA and Canada). This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and strong familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), including USD ATS or equivalent platforms. Key Responsibilities: 

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Develop and implement effective international sourcing strategies to attract top talent across diverse markets. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly. Utilize ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines, update records, and ensure compliance with internal processes. Conduct thorough candidate assessments and reference checks. Maintain a strong network of passive and active candidates for current and future needs.
