Position: Remote Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end bulk/mass hiring process (sourcing to onboarding)

Handle multiple job openings simultaneously across different companies/departments

Create and manage job postings on portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt, Rozee.pk, etc.)

Source, screen, and shortlist CVs in large volumes

Conduct phone/video interviews and shortlist candidates

Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers

Maintain candidate database and ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

Maintain daily/weekly hiring reports and trackers

Process offer letters and coordinate onboarding

Coordinate with recruitment agencies/freelance recruiters 

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of recruitment/HR experience (bulk hiring experience preferred)

Strong hands-on experience with multiple job boards and sourcing tools

Excellent communication skills (English required; other languages a plus)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets

Self-motivated and target-driven

Own laptop and stable internet connection
