Role: Senior Program Manager (Implementation & Operations)
• Lead overall implementation and operations of the fiberization project and execution of annual work plans.
• Oversee development and execution of the Fiberization Plan and rollout strategy.
• Lead technical evaluation of ISP proposals and deployment plans.
• Ensure adherence to technical standards, rollout targets, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with telecom operators, ISPs, local governments, and regulatory bodies.
• Liaise with internal departments, government bodies, and external stakeholders for operational matters.
• Facilitate inter-departmental coordination to resolve operational issues.
• Supervise subsidy implementation, deployment monitoring, and reporting.
• Review progress against KPIs and address implementation bottlenecks.
• Lead investor engagement activities and stakeholder coordination.
• Prepare progress reports and implementation updates for the Project Director.
• Monitor operational progress and prepare reports, dashboards, and updates for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with project governance and operational procedures.
