We’re looking for a proactive and organized Technical Project Coordinator to work directly with the CEO and coordinate technical teams and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate between the CEO, Development, Design, QA, and technical teams.

Track projects, deadlines, deliverables, and priorities.

Follow up on tasks, pending items, and action points.

Prepare project reports, updates, and dashboards.

Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks.

Maintain tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.

Coordinate technical meetings and ensure team alignment with business goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or tech operations.

Good understanding of software development workflows.

Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

Experience with project management tools.

Agile/Scrum knowledge is a plus.
