QualificationMinimum 16 years education in the field of Education Planning, HRM, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field from HEC recognized national universities or foreign Universities. Preference will be given to M. Phil / PhD Degree holders in above subjects. ExperienceAt least three (03) years of verifiable relevant post qualification experience in public/ private sectors of organizing training workshops and events, maintaining training attendance records and data basis, assisting in the development of training materials, compiling training data for reports. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and possesses sound knowledge of the education sector.
