QualificationMinimum 16 years education in the field of Education Planning, Research, or Curriculum Development, Management Sciences and Social Sciences from HEC recognized national universities or foreign Universities. Preference will be given to M. Phil / PhD Degree holders in above subjects. ExperienceAt least Ten (10) years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium and large sized organization of Research / Curriculum design, review, and alignment with national standards, educational research methodologies and impact assessment, Teacher professional development and capacity building, Academic quality assurance and school improvement frameworks, Policy analysis and evidence-based reform. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and possess sound knowledge of the education sector
