QualificationMinimum 16 years education in the field of Statistics, Economics, Public/Business Administration, Data Sciences / MIS, Mathematics from HEC recognized national universities or foreign Universities. Preference will be given to M. Phil / PhD Degree holders in above subjects.
Experience At least Ten (10) years of verifiable relevant post qualification experience in public/private sectors, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium and large sized organization of developing & designing and implementing M&E frameworks for large-scale programs, Developing KPIs, logical frameworks, and data collection tools, Managing centralized data systems and ensuring data integrity, Conducting impact evaluations and third-party verifications, Reporting to donors and senior management. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and possess sound knowledge of the education sector.
