QualificationMinimum 16 years education in the field of Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, International Development or Social Sciences from HEC recognized national universities or foreign Universities. Preference will be given to M. Phil / PhD Degree holders in above subjects.
ExperienceAt least Ten (10) years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium and large sized organization of resource mobilization and fundraising from donors (bilateral, multilaterals) and corporate sector (CSR), Developing and managing institutional partnerships and MoUs, Strategic communication, branding, and media relations, Stakeholder engagement and advocacy, Proposal writing and donor reporting. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and possess sound knowledge of the education sector.
