We're Hiring: Head of AI Solutions Architecture

We’re looking for an experienced Head of AI Solutions Architecture to lead AI strategy, identify automation opportunities, and design scalable, secure, and cost-effective AI solutions for business operations and client-facing services.
Key Responsibilities:
. Work with executives and department managers to identify inefficiencies and AI automation opportunities across business operations.
. Analyze workflows, assess feasibility and ROI, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, cost, and complexity.
. Design end-to-end AI solutions using LLMs, AI agents, APIs, RAG, and automation platforms.
. Lead architectural decisions, technology selection, and secure integrations with enterprise systems such as ConnectWise, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
. Guide Applied AI Engineers through solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
. Establish standards for security, scalability, reliability, monitoring, and cost optimization.
. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, workflows, and implementation plans.
. Communicate technical recommendations, project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
. Oversee solution validation, deployment readiness, and delivery to ensure measurable business results.
Qualifications
. 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, systems integration, or technology consulting.
. Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
. Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-level software solutions and practical AI-powered applications.
. Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, APIs, function calling, agent orchestration, and RAG architecture.
. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, databases, authentication, enterprise integrations, and backend architecture.
. Practical experience with AI tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangGraph, LangChain, n8n, or Zapier.
. Understanding of application security, data privacy, system reliability, and cost optimization.
Preferred: Experience with MSPs or enterprise IT services, ConnectWise PSA, Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint, production RAG systems, and enterprise workflow automation.
Important: This is a strategic, hands-on technical leadership role focused on applying existing AI technologies to solve real business problems.
