Role: Network + Security Engineer
Level: PPS-08
• Design, configure, and maintain LAN and VPN infrastructures.
• Manage and monitor network performance, availability, and security.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Mikrotik, etc.).
• Implement and enforce network security policies (ACLs, IPS/IDS, VLANs, VPNs).
• Perform regular network capacity planning, tuning, and upgrades.
• Monitor network traffic using tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG.
• Collaborate with DevOps to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide technical support, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for escalated network problems.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing for network resilience.
Maintain detailed network documentation including diagrams, configurations, and inventory.
