Qualification:Master's degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.Experience:At least 8 years of software/AI engineering experience, including 3+ years in a solution or systems architecture role for production AI or large-scale software systems.Skills & Competencies:• AI/ML and LLM system design patterns (RAG, agents, fine-tuning, evaluation)• Software architecture and API design• Cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers and microservices• Security- and privacy-by-design principles• Technical documentation and design review facilitationKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):• Adoption of reference architectures and reusable components across pillar use-cases.• Reduction in architecture-related rework and integration defects.
