Qualification:Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution/university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.Experience:At least 5 years of professional design experience, including work for senior leadership or public facing campaigns; portfolio required.Skills & Competencies:• Adobe Creative Suite and contemporary design tooling• Information design and data visualisation• Brand stewardship and template systems• Art direction and review of junior designers• Delivery to deadline under event pressureKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):• Consistency of brand application across Unit outputs.• Turnaround time and first-pass approval rate on design requests.• Quality of published reports, infographics and campaign creative.
