Qualification:Master's degree in Finance/Accounting, from HEC recognized University/Institution or professional qualification (CA/ACCA/ACMA/CPA finalist or member).Experience:At least 8 years in financial management; government project/assignment-account experience strongly preferred.Skills & Competencies:• Government budgeting and accounting (PIFRA/SAP exposure)• Payroll and payments processing• Financial reporting and audit handling• Excel proficiency; ERP familiarity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):• Accuracy and timeliness of financial management, releases and reporting.• Audit compliance and budget-execution metrics.
