Qualification:Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution/ university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.Experience:At least 5 years in brand or design leadership, with a portfolio covering identity systems and their application across channels.Skills & Competencies:• Brand strategy and identity systems• Design systems, templating and asset governance• Creative direction and quality assurance• Adobe Creative Suite and Figma proficiency• Collaboration with product, communications and event teamsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):• Consistency of brand application across products and campaigns.• Turnaround and first-pass acceptance rate of creative assets.• Completeness and currency of the brand asset library.
