Role: Assistant Programme Manager-Hubs
• Assist in the development, coordination, and operations of all e-Commerce Hubs under the project.
• Support day-to-day implementation of Hub activities, ensuring timely service delivery and adherence to project standards.
• Coordinate with center teams to resolve operational challenges and maintain consistent quality across all Hubs.
• Monitor infrastructure readiness, and staff needs in collaboration with the central support team.
• Assist in the implementation and enforcement of SOPs related to operations, services, and administrative tasks.
• Facilitate coordination, workshops, and onboarding activities for center staff.
• Collect and consolidate performance data from all centers for analysis and reporting.
• Support monitoring of MSME’s and local business support services like mentoring and guidance.
• Coordinate meetings, reporting schedules, and internal reviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports, minutes of meetings, trackers, and documentation required by management and partners.
• Ensure regular follow-up on task completions, issue escalations, and documentation requirements.
