Role: Senior Programme Officer (Operations)
• Manage operations for implementation of the project.
• Review SRS and finalize with management & client (if needed) to initiate development process.
• Overall responsibility for the project functions to ensure successful deployment within the allocated time.
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
• Identify goals and objectives of the project and report regularly to DG/Joint Director.
• Provide training to the clients on developed systems (if required)
• Monitor system usage and identify issues if any
• Close coordination with all the software engineers for implementation
• Coordinate with quality assurance team for seamless implementation.
