• Ensure timely payment processing.
• Maintain project expenditure records diligently to ensure accurate cost tracking and budget adherence.
• Record company revenue accurately in compliance with accounting standards.
• Archive financial documentation including vouchers, invoices, and vital business correspondence for audit readiness.
• Execute month-end reconciliations for bank accounts and general ledgers to identify and fix variances.
• Manage accounts receivable by tracking aging reports and following up on pending dues.
• Facilitate audit processes, ensure compliance with audit requirements, and assist in addressing audit observations.
• Any other task assigned by management.
