Qualification:Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, AI, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.Experience:At least 5 years of experience in data governance, data management or a related information systems role, ideally with exposure to government or regulated data.Skills & Competencies:• Data governance frameworks and metadata management• Working knowledge of data protection and privacy principles• Stakeholder liaison across technical and departmental audiences• Documentation and audit-trail disciplineKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):• Number of priority datasets brought under a formal data sharing/ governance agreement.• Timeliness of data-readiness assessments and audit-trail completeness.
