Qualification:Master's degree (16 years of education) in Data Science, Computer Science, Law or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.Experience:At least 7 years of experience in impact assessment, technology risk/compliance review, or applied AI ethics.Skills & Competencies:• Algorithmic impact assessment methodology• Bias, fairness and explainability evaluation• Risk classification and structured review writing• Working knowledge of AI/ML systemsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):• Number of use-cases reviewed against the impact-assessment standard before go-live.• Currency and completeness of the public AI-systems registry.
