Qualification:Bachelor's or Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.Experience:At least 5 years of relevant delivery experience preferably at a leading management consulting firm, with at least 3 years leading teams; and with experience delivering programs with governments or specific sectors.Skills & Competencies:• Sector domain knowledge combined with expertise in governance and delivery• Senior stakeholder management in government• Team leadership and delivery disciplineKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):• Number of AI use-cases delivered to production in the pillar per year.• Departmental adoption and measurable improvement in the pillar's service KPIs.• Stakeholder satisfaction and adherence to the approved pillar roadmap.
