Qualification:Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution/university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.Experience:At least 10 years in operations, administration or facilities management, preferably in a public-sector or project environment.Skills & Competencies:• Office, facilities and vendor management• Asset and inventory control• Event and logistics coordination• Records management and reportingKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):• Uptime and service levels of office, transport and facilities support.• Accuracy of the asset register and timeliness of logistics for scheduled events.
