Qualification:Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Computer Science or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Preference would be givento foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.Experience:At least 4 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, account management or program management across government, startup or enterprise tracks.Skills & Competencies:• Government relations and institutional agreement negotiation• Startup-ecosystem knowledge and networks• Enterprise account and alliance management• Program coordination and reporting• Strong writing and presentation skillsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):• Number of government, startup and enterprise partnerships and MoUs operationalized.• Departmental engagement, startup onboarding and use-case pipeline generated.
