Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.Experience:At least 3 years of hands-on social-media operation for an organization, agency or public body.Skills & Competencies:• Community management and tone judgement• Social-listening and scheduling tools• Basic analytics and reporting• Writing in English and Urdu• Responsiveness and escalation disciplineKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):• Response time to queries and mentions.• Engagement rate and follower growth.• Timeliness and usefulness of weekly listening summaries.
