Qualification:Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.Experience:At least 3 years of full-stack web development with a live portfolio of shipped applications.Skills & Competencies:• JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js (or equivalent), modern CSS• Backend basics: Node/Python APIs, databases, cloud deployment• Integration of LLM/AI APIs into web products• Git, CI/CD, testing; UI/UX sensibilityKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):• On-time delivery of web/portal features and the AI portfolio dashboard.• Application uptime, performance and accessibility metrics.
