Qualification:Master's degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Policy or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.Experience:At least 10 years in AI/technology governance, regulatory affairs, or responsible-AI/compliance leadership, including 3+ years leading a governance or compliance function.Skills & Competencies:• AI governance frameworks and risk classification• Regulatory and policy drafting• Algorithmic impact assessment and audit design• Data protection and privacy law• Stakeholder and institutional engagement at senior levelKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):• Percentage of AI deployments assessed and compliant with responsible-AI and data-governance standards before go-live.• Timeliness and quality of the Policy for AI in Punjab and related governance instruments.• Number and resolution rate of citizen-rights and algorithmic-accountability cases.
