Qualification:Master's degree (16 years of education) in Public Policy, Law, Economics, Science & Technology Studies or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.Experience:At least 10 years in policy development, regulatory affairs or governance advisory, including at least 3 years on technology/digital/AI policy. Public-sector policy experience preferred.Skills & Competencies:• AI governance and responsible-AI frameworks• Legislative and regulatory drafting• Policy research, analysis and comparative benchmarking• Stakeholder consultation and consensus building• Excellent policy writing and briefing skillsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):• Number and quality of AI policy, standards and responsible-AI instruments drafted and adopted.• Percentage of AI deployments assessed as compliant with responsible-AI and data-governance standards.
