Qualification:LLB/LLM (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.Experience:At least 10 years of legal practice, including experience in technology/data-protection law, government contracting or public sector legal advisory.Skills & Competencies:• Contract drafting and negotiation• Data-protection and technology law• Public procurement law (PPRA) familiarity• Regulatory and compliance advisory• Risk identification and mitigationKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):• Timeliness and quality of legal review of contracts and procurement documents.• Legal risk incidents avoided or successfully mitigated.• Quality of AI governance and compliance documentation.• Responsiveness to operational legal issues.
