Qualification:Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Law, Engineering or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.Experience:At least 8 years of experience in procurement and contract management, including technology or large-value service contracts; PPRA experience required.Skills & Competencies:• Complex procurement structuring and PPRA compliance• Contract negotiation and performance management• Vendor and market intelligence for technology/AI services• Risk identification in contractingKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):• Timeliness and compliance of major procurements against the Procurement Plan.• On-time, on-budget performance of outsourced-development contracts.
